Bihar BJP President Dilip Jaiswal on Thursday slammed Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav after the latter claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had shattered the hopes of the people by agreeing to a ceasefire deal with Pakistan.
Jaiswal said that Yadav “should go to Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK)” if he was talking about that during the elections.
“Now, at the time of elections, he is thinking about PoK. He should go to PoK then,” Jaiswal said, reacting to Yadav’s remark made on Wednesday, in which Yadav had claimed, “We had hopes of getting PoK back.”

“We would have been really happy, and we had high hopes from our security forces, to reclaim PoK. But I don’t know why the Prime Minister agreed to a ceasefire. The ceasefire happened after just a single tweet from the US President,” Tejashwi said on Wednesday while speaking about Operation Sindoor.
“The Prime Minister is upset about this. The hopes we had from him have been shattered,” he added.
