Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar said in Patna that the Special Intensive Revision of Bihar’s voters list is lawful and was completed ahead of the upcoming elections.

Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar on Sunday asserted that the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voters’ list in Bihar is in accordance with the law.
While addressing a press conference in Patna after concluding the two-day review visit to the poll-bound state, CEC Kumar said that the revision of voter lists is required before every election, and the process was successfully completed well before the polls.
