The BJP-led NDA registered a landslide victory in Bihar, with a massive lead in about 200 seats of the state’s 243 assembly seats.

As the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) crossed the majority mark in Bihar Assembly election, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari thanked the people of the state for trusting the alliance and supporting the development done by the double-engine government.
“The way people of Bihar have given support to the NDA is historic. The people of Bihar have shown their support for the development done by the double-engine government,” Gadkari said.
“The work done under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and Nitish Kumar has been successful in the last 10 years, and the public has made us victorious. I want to thank the people of Bihar for this,” the Union minister added.
NDA Heading For Landslide Win
The BJP-led NDA registered a landslide victory in Bihar, with a massive lead in about 200 seats of the state’s 243 assembly seats. According to trends available on the Election Commission, the BJP was set to emerge as the single-largest party with a lead in more than 80 assembly seats out of 101 it contested.
