The certification adds to a compliance record that includes a 100% score on Intertek’s Workplace Conditions Assessment in 2024 and 2025, 99% on a leading US brand’s social-compliance assessment (2023) and 98% Fair Labor Association compliance (2024). NG Textiles has secured WRAP certification for its Villa Nueva facility, valid from October 2026 to October 2027, strengthening its responsible manufacturing credentials.
Employing around 770 workers and producing 390,000 garments monthly, the company offers US brands integrated apparel production, duty-free access under CAFTA-DR and faster nearshore delivery.
Founded in 2015, NG Textiles employs about 770 people across 12 sewing lines, producing 390,000 garments a month on its current mix (up to 630,000 on basic tees) across tees, fleece, women’s, kids’ and performance knitwear. Across NG Group it handles CAD and cutting, screen printing on seven automatic presses, heat transfer, wet finishing, packing and DDP delivery to customers’ US distribution centres. All fabric is yarn-forward and sourced 100% within the CAFTA-DR region, giving brands duty-free access to the US with sailings to Miami in about four to five days.
“WRAP confirms what our people do every day. We combine digital planning and fast nearshore execution with a culture built on honesty, trust, fairness, respect and responsibility. For our customers, that means speed they can count on and a supply chain they can be proud of,” said Jose Gisbert, CEO of NG Textiles.
