The Pune-Bhubaneswar flight will operate daily. Flight 6E 6055 will depart from Pune at 11:50 pm and arrive in Bhubaneswar at 1:55 am the next day. On the return route, flight 6E 0441 will leave Bhubaneswar at 2:35 am and reach Pune at 4:40 am.
The new route will connect two important centres for information technology and education. It is expected to make travel easier for professionals, students and businesses travelling between Pune and Bhubaneswar. The direct flight service could also support tourism and visits between the two cities.
“IndiGo’s new service connecting Pune and Bhubaneswar brings together two dynamic centres of information technology and education, enabling greater mobility for professionals, students, and businesses, while also supporting tourism and social travel,” the company said in a press release.
With the addition to Pune, IndiGo will now serve 15 destinations from Bhubaneswar. “It will further strengthen its network to/from Odisha and enhance regional connectivity,” the company stated.
Passengers can book tickets through IndiGo’s official website, mobile application and authorised travel partners.
IndiGo currently operates a fleet of more than 430 aircraft and runs nearly 2,200 daily flights. The airline connects more than 95 domestic and 40 international destinations. It carried more than 123 million customers in the financial year 2025-26.IndiGo was recognised as the ‘Best Low-Cost Airline in India & South Asia’ at the 2026 Skytrax World Airline Awards. It also received awards for ‘Best Cabin Crew in India & South Asia’ and ‘Cleanest Airline in India & South Asia’.
In 2025, IndiGo was also ranked the sixth most punctual airline in the Asia-Pacific region by global aviation analytics firm Cirium.
