3/103. Bhakti Shakti Chowk, Pune | The Bhakti Shakti installation at Nigdi in Pimpri-Chinchwad is among India’s tallest national flags. The flagpole stands at 107 metres (351 feet) and was installed by the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation in 2018. Bhakti Shakti Chowk is a prominent public landmark in the city.
4/104. Gandhi Mandap, Guwahati | Guwahati’s Gandhi Mandap on Sarania Hills has a 319.5-foot national flagpole. The installation was dedicated in 2018 to mark the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. Its height also makes it one of the most prominent Tricolour installations in the country.
5/105. Police Garden, Kolhapur | Kolhapur’s Police Garden in the Kasaba Bawada area has a 303-foot flagpole. The installation was inaugurated on May 1, 2017, to mark Maharashtra Day. The garden also features displays related to India’s freedom struggle and the armed forces.

8/108. National Military Memorial, Bengaluru | The National Military Memorial in Bengaluru has a monumental Tricolour on a flag mast of about 207-213 feet. The memorial is located near Indira Gandhi Musical Fountain Park and honours Indian military personnel who died in service. The large flag is one of the prominent Tricolour installations in the city.
9/109. Pahari Mandir, Ranchi | Ranchi’s Pahari Mandir has a 293-foot flagpole and was once home to one of India’s tallest national flags. The installation was unveiled in 2016. However, the flag has faced weather and maintenance issues, so visitors should check locally whether the Tricolour is flying before planning a visit.
10/1010. Zokhawsang, Aizawl | A newer addition to India’s monumental flag installations is at Zokhawsang in Aizawl, Mizoram. A 108-foot national flag was unveiled there in December 2025, making it the tallest national flag installation in Mizoram. The flag is located at the Assam Rifles complex and is visible from parts of Aizawl.
