Knitted apparel marginally outpaced woven garments, with imports of knitted products valued at $***.** million, representing **.** per cent of total imports, compared with $***.** million, or **.** per cent, for woven apparel.
Among product categories, trousers and shorts remained the largest import segment at $***.** million, accounting for **.** per cent of total imports. T-shirts followed at $**.** million (**.** per cent), ahead of shirts at $**.** million (**.** per cent).
