For years, Cambodia competed on sewing capacity, labour availability and market access. In ****, the sharper question is whether a supplier can prove lower-carbon production without breaking delivery schedules or margins. That is where Cambodia has an opening. The country aims to lift renewables from over ** per cent of the power mix to ** per cent by ****, while solar deployment is already moving ahead of older power-plan targets.
