Ananya Panday rang in her 27th birthday on 30 October, and while wishes poured in from across Bollywood, it was one particular greeting that instantly set social media talking — a simple yet affectionate note from rumoured boyfriend Walker Blanco.
The Kho Gaye Hum Kahan actor spent her birthday surrounded by love, but fans were glued to Instagram for updates on who wished her publicly. Among the earliest posts came from Walker Blanco, who shared a photo of Ananya from what looked like a jungle safari outing. He wrote, “Happy Birthday, Annie” — a nickname that has caught attention online before.
Before Walker’s name surfaced, Ananya was rumoured to be dating actor Aditya Roy Kapur. However, both actors chose to remain private about their personal lives, and reports of their breakup emerged earlier last year. Since then, Ananya and Walker’s growing closeness has quickly become the talk of the Bollywood circle.
Despite the rising curiosity, neither has confirmed their relationship.
Rumours of Ananya Panday dating Walker Blanko began swirling after the duo met at the Ambani family’s star-studded cruise party before Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding. Interestingly, Walker is followed by Ananya’s BFFs Shanaya Kapoor and Navya Nanda on Instagram.
At that time, reports from Bombay Times had revealed that the actress introduced Walker Blanco as her “partner” at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding last year. The publication quoted a source as saying, “Ananya introduced everyone to Walker as her partner at the wedding. She was not even hiding it. There were multiple people who even saw them dancing together when a romantic song was being played. It is too new for the two to make it official.”
Last seen in Kesari Chapter 2, where she portrays Dilreet Gill opposite Akshay Kumar, Ananya Panday is busy filming for Tu Meri Main Tera Tu Meri. In the upcoming film, she stars opposite Kartik Aaryan. It is directed by Sameer Vidwans and jointly presented by Dharma Productions and Namah Pictures. Furthermore, it is produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Shareen Mantri Kedia and Kishor Arora.
