Filmmaker-choreographer Farah Khan, known for her vlogs with cook Dilip, recently visited Cocktail actress Diana Penty’s stunning colonial-style home in South Mumbai. Diana revealed that the house is over 100 years old, and once belonged to her great-grandfather. In a city where real estate prices are sky-high, Diana Penty’s two-storied house with its vintage furniture, floor-to-ceiling windows, terrace garden and a farm outside, left Farah Khan and Dilip in awe. Farah said that the living room is just as big as Shah Rukh Khan’s residence Mannat, and that Diana should invite SRK to her house.

In her latest vlog, before entering Diana’s beautiful home, Farah Khan jokingly tells her cook Dilip that she has brought him to London, and that the actress’ home is a ‘huge Buckingham Palace’. After entering the two-floor residence, the Cocktail actress explains that she lives upstairs, while her mother and other family members live downstairs. After seeing the house, Farah says, “What is this place? I feel like I have travelled back in time and arrived at a colonial home!” The antique furniture left Farah impressed, and Diana’s mother pointed out that most furniture in the house is over 100 years old! Stunned, Farah said, “This is over 100 years old — still older than me! I’m so happy to be in a place where things are older than me.”
Diana mentioned that she has a farm outside as well, to which Farah replied that it felt like she had come somewhere else, and that this didn’t feel like Mumbai at all. Diana said the house is a 100 years old. “Since my great-grandfather’s time — exactly 100 years ago. I am the fourth generation living here,” she said. Farah also showed a glimpse of the terrace garden, and the huge living room with beautiful décor. When Farah asked about the round table in the centre of the room, the actress explained, “It’s been here since I was a kid! Someone gifted it to my grandfather or great-grandfather. I heard it might have come from a World War II shift.” Farah then added, “Yeh to Mannat ke hall jitna bada hai. (This is as large as Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat living room). I think you have to call Shah Rukh over here.” Diana said that she would love to have SRK in her house.
On the work front, Diana Penty was last seen in ‘Do You Wanna Partner’ with Tamannaah Bhatia.
