Ranveer Singh, Bobby Deol, Sreeleela, and Atlee recently came together for the launch of an advertisement. During the event, Ranveer was all praise for Sreeleela, and revealed that his phone ‘blew up’ after the news of his ad collaboration with her emerged, and that his friends and cousins were thrilled that he was working with Sreeleela. During the event, Ranveer also expressed his excitement for the actress’ upcoming romantic musical with Kartik Aaryan, which is set to mark her Hindi debut. He went on to praise her work ethic, and said that he believes she is going to be one of the biggest stars in the coming years.
Ranveer Singh Says His Phone ‘Blew Up’ After Sreeleela Collaboration News
At the event, Ranveer Singh said, “I think it came out in the news that Sreeleela and I would be working on something, and suddenly from Four Bungalows to Bangalore, my phone started blowing up. My friends and cousins were all like, ‘Bro, you’re working with Sreeleela?’” He further added that a friend of his couldn’t stop gushing over her after watching her in the Kissik song in Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule.
“A friend of mine came out of Pushpa and said, ‘Man, the best thing was that girl in the Kissik song!’ He told me, ‘If you ever meet her, make me meet her!’ And this is someone who doesn’t even watch too many movies! My cousin from Bangalore said the same thing- ‘Bro, just get me a picture with Sreeleela!’” said Ranveer.
Ranveer Singh Excited About Sreeleela’s Hindi Debut
Ranveer further expressed that he cannot wait for Sreeleela’s Hindi debut with Kartik Aaryan in Anurag Basu’s upcoming film. “I’m very excited to see her Hindi debut. She is working with one of the finest filmmakers in our industry, Mr. Anurag Basu, and I’m really looking forward to that movie. She’s extremely beautiful and talented — everyone knows that — but what I can tell you is that she has an absolutely stellar, unquestionable work ethic. That’s why I believe she’s going to be one of the biggest stars in the years to come,” he said.
About Sreeleela And Kartik Aaryan Film
Helmed by Anurag Basu, the film starring Kartik Aaryan and Sreeleela was officially announced in February this year, along with a video which gave a glimpse of the actors’ first look from the film. The teaser featured a few glimpses of Sreeleela and Kartik’s romantic moments, giving fans a sneak-peek of the fresh pair’s sizzling chemistry. As per a report in Mid-Day, the film is titled Tu Meri Zindagi Hai and is slated for a May 2026 theatrical release.
