Bobby Deol, aka our very own ‘Lord Bobby’, has now completed three decades in the Bollywood industry. He marked his acting debut with the Rajkumar Santoshi directorial 1995 film Barsaat, co-starring Twinkle Khanna. Now, as the film clocks 30 years, wishes poured in from all corners for the 56-year-old actor for achieving this significant milestone in his career.
Among all, Bobby’s elder brother and actor Sunny Deol also extended heartfelt greetings to him on this special occasion.
Sunny Deol Wishes ‘Lord Bob’
Taking to Instagram, the Gadar actor dropped a video montage featuring some of the most iconic songs of Bobby from the film Barsaat, including Humko Sirf Tumse Pyaar Hai, Teri Adaaon Pe Marta Hun, Nahin Ye Ho Nahi Sakta and Ek Haseen Ladki Se.
Not just this, Sunny also recognised his brother as ‘Lord,’ a moniker used by the actor’s fans, which originated from the internet memes. He wrote in the caption, “Lord Bob 30 Years.”

In no time, the comment section was flooded with reactions from fans and admirers. An Instagram user wrote, “Deols are real heroes in the Bollywood industry.” Another one commented, “Love this film.” One of them shared, “Congratulations, Bobby Deol sir. God gives you good health, always.”
Bobby Deol On Completing 30 Years In Bollywood
As the actor completed 30 years, he took to Instagram and dropped a video featuring posters of some of his blockbuster films, talked about how Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal changed his life and some memorable scenes from his films and web series. At the end of the clip, the actor says, “I have just started and I have a long way to go.”
Sharing the video, he wrote in the caption, “30 years of many emotions on and off screen, all made worthwhile by your love. That fire still burns, and I’m just getting started!”
Bobby Deol’s Work Front
The actor is enjoying the success of his recently released web series, The Ba***ds of Bollywood, co-starring Lakshaya, Sahher Bambba, Raghav Juyal and Mona Singh. Helmed by Aryan Khan, the show premiered on the OTT platform Netflix.
Up next, Bobby will be seen playing a negative role in Yash Raj’s spy-thriller, Alpha, co-starring Alia Bhatt and Shravari. Directed by Shiv Rawail, the film will be released on the occasion of Christmas 2025.
Apart from that, he also has Anurag Kashyap’s Bandar and Thalapathy Vijay’s last film, Jana Nayagan, in his kitty.
