Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan’s latest release, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, is making waves at the box office, and the actor is celebrating the film’s success in style. Amid the ongoing buzz, Varun gave fans a sneak peek into the movie’s shoot by sharing a series of behind-the-scenes photos on his social media.
In the carousel of photos, Varun is seen in a relaxed, candid avatar, including one striking image of him shirtless, sitting comfortably in what appears to be a vanity van. Captioning the post, he wrote, “Sunny Sunny Boy, aaj theatre mein milte hai” hinting at his excitement to interact with fans in cinemas.
The post also includes playful glimpses from the film’s shoot. In one picture, Varun appears to have just finished performing a Panwadi song, with his white pants splashed with shades of pink and blue. Another image features a snippet from the movie with co-star Janhvi Kapoor.
Varun also shared one picture in which he is seen sipping a glass of coffee.

Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor’s Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari was released on Dussehra, October 2. The romance comedy film, which also stars Rohit Saraf and Sanya Malhotra, grossed nearly Rs 9 crore on its first day, however, it saw a significant drop in earnings, earning only Rs 5.25 crore.
Helmed by Shashank Khaitan, the film centers on the two main characters, Ananya (Sanya Malhotra) and Vikram (Rohit Saraf), who are trying to win back their ex-partners while their families are pushing for fresh marriages.
Varun and Janhvi have claimed that someone is running a negative campaign against their film.
In a recent conversation with BBC Asia Network, Varun said that he knows who is behind the campaign but chose not to reveal the name. He added that fake campaigns like this have become very common in today’s times.
