After several delays, the makers of Mass Jathara, directed by Bhanu Bogavarapu and starring Ravi Teja, have confirmed that the much-anticipated film will release on October 31, 2025.
Sithara Entertainments, the production house behind the film, shared the news on its X account, writing, “It’s time for non-stop whistles and celebrations in theatres from OCTOBER 31st! Mass Maharaaj @RaviTeja_offl is ready to set the theatres on fire with full-on Mass entertainment! #MassJatharaOnOct31st.”
Ravi Teja also took to X to address fans directly, stating, “I know the wait has been long, but it will be worth it. Come, let’s celebrate #MassJathara in theatres on OCTOBER 31st. Eesari Fix!”

Earlier, the production team shared a playful video highlighting the repeated delays of the film. In the clip, an actor repeatedly asks Ravi Teja about the release date. Initially, Teja mentions a Sankranti release, which gets postponed. When asked again, he cites summer as the target. A third attempt has him promise a Vinayaka Chathurthi release, which also doesn’t materialize. Finally, he confirms the October 31 release. The video humorously reflects the long wait fans have endured.
Mass Jathara features Sreeleela alongside Ravi Teja in the lead roles. The film’s cinematography is handled by Vidhu Ayyanna, with editing by Navin Nooli.
Produced by Naga Vamsi S and Sai Soujanya under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, the film is presented by Srikara Studios. Initially, the release was scheduled for August 27, 2025, but production setbacks led to the multiple postponements.
Taking to its X timeline, Sithara Entertainments had earlier announced, “Due to recent industry-wide strikes and unforeseen delays in wrapping up crucial content, #MassJathara will not be arriving on its planned date of Aug 27th.”
However, the production house went on to add,”But the team is working relentlessly to bring you the BIGGEST MASS FEAST in theatres soon! New release date will be announced shortly.
