Television’s beloved actress Avika Gor and social activist Milind Chandwani will officially tie the knot today, September 30, in a unique yet very special ceremony. As announced earlier, the couple got married on the channel that gave Avika the fame she wanted. The couple got married on the show Pati Patni Aur Panga, which airs on Colors TV.
After a cute yet fun-filled Haldi and Mehendi ceremony, the couple had their not-so-intimate wedding ceremony today in the presence of their family members and the other contestants of the show. While earlier the video from their barat procession made its way onto social media, now finally their first picture as husband and wife has also been shared by the makers.
Dressed in a beautiful, heavily embroidered red lehenga paired with stunning, contrasting green jewellery, Avika was a vision to behold. Meanwhile, ditching a dark sherwani, Milind opted for a beige outfit complementing his now-wife. Held on the sets of Pati Patni Aur Panga, the ceremony witnessed the presence of the show’s full cast and celebrity guests. Among those attending were host Sonali Bendre, Hina Khan, Rocky Jaiswal, Gurmeet Choudhary, Debina Bonnerjee, Rubina Dilaik, Abhinav Shukla, Mamta Lehri, Sudesh Lehri, Swara Bhasker, Fahad Ahmed, Isha Malviya, and Abhishek Kumar.
Rakhi Sawant, Farah Khan, Krushna Abhishek, and Bigg Boss 17’s Samarth Jurel also attended as guests, making it a full-blown star-studded affair.
Speaking to the Hindustan Times, Avika Gor earlier expressed her excitement, saying, “There are days when I wake up and remind myself that it’s real. I feel very lucky and blessed to have found a partner who supports me, understands me, and always pushes me to grow in life.”
“I always used to tell my parents, ‘I will either do a court marriage that no one will get to know about or have a grand wedding that the whole world will celebrate.’ It’s like my childhood dream is coming true,” she added.

The couple first crossed paths in 2019 and began dating in 2020. After five years together, the social activist and entrepreneur proposed, and Avika accepted. The couple announced their engagement to the world through a heartfelt Instagram post on June 11.
