Actress Nehal Vadoliya, known for her stint in the controversial reality show House Arrest, has made serious allegations of misconduct against veteran filmmaker Subhash Ghai. Speaking in an interview with Galatta Plus, Nehal recalled a disturbing encounter at Ghai’s house, which she visited with her then-boyfriend who, she said, was working as the filmmaker’s manager at the time.
She claimed that what began as a casual visit, where the three shared wine, soon turned uncomfortable. Nehal said that Ghai initially complimented her looks, describing her laugh as “beautiful” and calling her “very sexy.” His comments, she said, left her unsettled, especially with her boyfriend present.

Recalling the moment that alarmed her, Nehal alleged that Ghai followed her into a room near the washroom. “As soon as I came out, Subhash ji entered that room. I thought he wanted to go to the washroom. He was coming straight. There came a point when he came so close that I was completely shocked. His eyes were closed. When I moved aside, his lips touched my cheek. He kissed me and I told my boyfriend that he was about to kiss me on the lips,” she said.
Nehal added that she was furious with her boyfriend for taking her there in the first place. “I told him, ‘Where have you brought me? You are his manager, meaning you already knew all these things. First, we have to get out of here, and I don’t trust you either right now,’” she alleged.
Breakup After The Incident
The actress further revealed that the incident left her shaken and also led to the end of her relationship. “I broke up with my boyfriend after that. He was not worth trusting,” Nehal said, adding that she felt betrayed by both the situation and the person who should have protected her.
Subhash Ghai has denied the allegations in a fresh statement. He said, “It’s scary to meet unknown guys where they want to be seen in social media with right or wrong statements just for publicity.”
