Actress Gauahar Khan and her hubby Zaid Darbar welcomed their second child, a baby boy, on September 1. Now, weeks after announcing the delightful news on Instagram, the couple has finally revealed that they have named him ‘Farwaan’. The couple is already parents to their two-year-old son, Zehaan. Now, while introducing Farwaan, Gauahar and Zaid shared an adorable glimpse of Zehaan holding his little brother Farwaan’s tiny hand.

On Sunday, Gauahar Khan and Zaid took to their Instagram to share the first picture of their newborn baby boy Farwaan. The picture shows the baby boy’s tiny hand placed over his brother Zehaan’s hand. While the newborn’s face isn’t visible in the picture, he can be seen wearing a cute black-and-white striped outfit, wrapped snugly in a blanket. In her caption, Gauahar revealed the baby boy’s name, and wrote, “FARWAAN (red heart emoji) Zehaan introduces his little brother . Allahumma baarik lahu.” Check out the post below!
Reacting to Gauahar’s post, one fan wrote, “We heard the name already in yesterday bb episode may Allah grand both the kids love n success,” while another one commented, “Blessings and love to the little one.” Anam Darbar commented, “Allah humma baarik lahu,” while Nakuul Mehta showered love on the baby boy by commenting, “Farwaan,” along with a heart emoji.

The 42-year-old actress tied the knot with the actor and son of music director Ismail Darbar, Zaid Darbar, on Christmas 2020 after dating for some time. Later, they were blessed with a baby boy on May 10, 2023, whom they lovingly named Zehaan.
On September 3, 2025, Gauahar and Zaid announced the arrival of their second son. They shared a joint note on Instagram that read, “Bismillah hir Rahmaan nir Raheem — Zehaan is overjoyed to graciously share his kingdom with his new baby brother, born on September 1, 2025, as the grateful and giggling parents, Zaid and Gauahar, seek everyone’s continued love and blessings for their elated family.”

She also gave Awez a reality check and told him, “Aapko yaha par kya ho raha hai Awez? If you don’t fight your battle then who will? Aap bilkul chup ho jahan par actually bolna chahiye. If you get lost then you have no chance on this show. (What is happening with you here, Awez? If you don’t fight your battle, then who will?)”.
