Dia Mirza and Priyanka Chopra fans are thrilled to witness their favourite actresses getting reunited after a long time. The Bollywood divas were seen together in New York City spending time with each other as Dia captured the moment and shared it on social media.
In the picture, Dia Mirza and Priyanka Chopra were seen standing in a park holding a water bottle, but their faces were not visible. Sharing the glimpse of their meetup, Dia wrote, “Love your #travellingbottle. Love you more,” followed by a UNGA hashtag. She further added, “Goodbye, NYC! I carry back inspiration, hope and so much love in my heart.” Later, Priyanka Chopra re-shared the picture on her Instagram stories and wrote, “The loveliest day with the loveliest girl. See you soon.”
Dia Mirza and Priyanka Chopra’s Friendship
Dia Mirza and Priyanka Chopra’s friendship spans over decades. The divas became friends when they competed in the Miss India pageant together in 2000. Previously, during an interview with Simi Garewal, Priyanka Chopra recalled her friendship with Dia during pageant days and said, “Dia was 18, and I was 17, and we were like these little babes. I wouldn’t know what to wear or how my makeup was. And I remember one time she took me to the bathroom, and she showed me the right makeup to use for my skin. Totally look up to her for that.”
Both the actresses share the same bond to date. Recently, Dia Mirza was seen praising Priyanka Chopra following the release of her film Heads of State. Taking to Instagram stories, Dia wrote, “Priiiiiiiii! So damn proud of the strength you embody. A treat to watch you. ‘She said she’ll take care of it,’ and she does!!! What a woman! @priyankachopraGo watch our desi girl pack a punch #HeadsOfState.” To which, Priyanka reacted, saying, “Aww Dee, thank you so much for your generosity (red heart emoji) @diamirzaofficial.”

Dia Mirza was last seen in Shauna Gautam’s Nadaaniyan. Alongside Dia, the film stars Ibrahim Ali Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Suniel Shetty, Mahima Chaudhry and Jugal Hansraj in prominent roles.
On the other hand, Priyanka Chopra will be seen in the second season of Citadel. After that, she is set to play a 19th-century Caribbean pirate in The Buff and will also star in SS Rajamouli’s upcoming film tentatively titled SSMB29.
