Sreeleela had a short but sweet encounter with Naga Chaitanya at a star-studded event in Kerala. A clip shared on Instagram on Thursday, September 25, captured the Bhagavanth Kesari actress stepping out of her car and making her way into the event, when she noticed the Telugu star. Her face instantly lit up with a bright smile as she greeted him. He responded warmly with a side hug.
The two stars were among the many notable faces who attended the annual Navratri celebration hosted by Kalyan Jewellers in Thrissur, Kerala. Naga Chaitanya was in attendance with his family, including his father Nagarjuna, whereas Sreeleela arrived alone. As seen in the clip, the two shared a brief interaction at the venue’s entrance, marked by friendly smiles and polite conversation.
After having a brief chat, the duo bid each other goodbye. While Naga Chaitanya left the event, Sreeleela was seen entering. Besides the two South stars, Bollywood celebrities such as Malaika Arora, Karisma Kapoor, Tabu, and Genelia D’Souza also attended the event.
What Did Sreeleela And Naga Chaitanya Wear?
For the event, Sreeleela looked absolutely stunning in a gorgeous pink Anarkali suit set, adorned with intricate embroidery. She paired the suit with a matching dupatta. To complete her look, the 24-year-old actress chose a choker necklace and matching earrings while tying her hair into a sleek ponytail. On the other hand, Naga Chaitanya kept it classy and understated in an off-white kurta-pyjama set, paired with black shoes.
Fans were curious about what the duo was talking about. A fan asked, “Kya Baat Kar Rahe Hai.”
What’s Next For Sreeleela?
Sreeleela, who made her debut in Indian cinema in 2017, was most recently seen on the big screen in the film Junior, directed by Radha Krishna Reddy. Featuring Kireeti Reddy, Genelia D’Souza and V. Ravichandran, the action drama, which was released on July 18, failed to impress the audience. Currently, the 24-year-old actress has several films in the works.
Sreeleela will next be seen in Sivakarthikeyan’s Parasakthi, which is scheduled for release on January 14, 2026. Then she has Mass Jathara, co-starring Ravi Teja, and Ustaad Bhagat Singh, featuring Pawan Kalyan, in the pipeline. The actress will also make her Bollywood debut with an untitled film by Anurag Basu, starring opposite Kartik Aaryan.
What’s Naga Chaitanya Up To These Days?
Naga Chaitanya was last seen on screen in the Telugu film Thandel, alongside Sai Pallavi. Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, the action thriller was a box office success. He will soon be seen in a mythological thriller film, tentatively titled NC24. This film, directed by Karthik Dandu of Virupaksha fame, promises a blend of action, fantasy, and Indian mythology.
