IRS Officer Sameer Wankhede has moved the Delhi High Court, accusing Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan of defaming him via their recently released Red Chillies Entertainment series The Ba***ds Of Bollywood. In the plea, which also named the OTT giant Netflix among others, Wankhede called Aryan Khan’s directorial debut ‘false, malicious, and defamatory’. He claimed that the series “disseminates a misleading and negative portrayal of anti-drug enforcement agencies, thereby eroding public confidence in law enforcement institutions.”
