Several Bollywood celebrities have gathered at Mumbai’s Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre on Sunday for the screening of the musical saga ‘Mera Desh Pehle: The Untold Story Of Shri Narendra Modi’.

The musical saga, based on the life of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which portrays his journey from childhood to his “challenging” political career and “extraordinary” leadership, has been composed by lyricist Manoj Muntashir. It also includes many acclaimed singers such as B Praak, Sneha Shankar, Rishi Singh, Ashish Kulkarni, and Ujwal Gajbhar.

Celebrities, including Raveena Tandon, Vikrant Massey, Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, among others, arrived at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre to attend the screening.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said, “Through today’s program, some aspects of PM Modi will be shown about which people don’t know much…The program is being organised in six big cities of the nation. People from all sections of society are participating in this program.”

While attending the screening, producer Vipul Amrutlal Shah said that this is going to be a very beautiful play. “We will get to learn about some new aspects of the life of PM Modi. We are very excited…” he said as quoted by news agency ANI.

Actor Arjun Kapoor said that he is very happy to be here…The show has been beautifully written by Manoj Muntashir. “I am very excited to hear and know more about our Prime Minister,” he said.

Earlier on Thursday, the show was held at New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi Stadium.

The event, supported by the Delhi government’s Art and Culture department, was attended by BJP chief JP Nadda, Delhi CM Rekha Gupta, state BJP president Virendra Sachdeva, and Delhi Culture minister Kapil Mishra, among others.

The gathering also included Olympic medalists, Padma awardees, leading figures from literature and art, dignitaries from the judiciary, and prominent members of the sports and entertainment world, the statement said.
