Afghanistan all-rounder Azmatullah Omarzai broke the national record for fastest T20I fifty against Hong Kong on Tuesday (September 9). Batting in the opening match of the 2025 Asia Cup at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in the UAE, he smacked a 20-ball half-ton, beating Mohammad Nabi and Gulbadin Naib’s jointly-held record of 21.
