Thank you for building this resilience inside me. When life gets hard, it feels like home. Nothing can and nothing will shake the soldier in me. Ameesha Patel, Anil Sharma Patch Up?

Anil Sharma and Ameesha Patel’s public fallout took place during the release of Gadar 2. She expressed that she felt ‘cheated’ after the climax of the film was changed without her knowledge, as she had been expecting a more prominent role in the Sunny Deol starrer. Later, Anil, who referred to her as ‘moody’ reacted to her allegations in an interview and said that everyone is entitled to their opinions and that he still considers her to be a part of his family. During a chat session on X, Ameesha acknowledged their ‘creative differences’ and stated that she would do Gadar 3 only if she’s ‘super excited’ about the script as she was with Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. In a podcast with Maniesh Paul, she further claimed that the climax sequence of Gadar 3 was shot without her but she chooses to ‘let bygones be bygones’. At the same time, she added that she’ll do Gadar 3 only if there’s proper paperwork and contractual documents in place.
