Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari teaser
The teaser of Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari begins with Varun Dhawan channelling his inner Amarendra Baahubali, originally portrayed by Prabhas in the SS Rajamouli film. His enthusiam is soon let down by Varun’s friend, who says: “Ranveer Singh ki dhoti mein Prabhas ka paudha lag raha hai”.
The teaser introduces all the leading characters of the film, including Janhvi, Sanya and Rohit. It further takes the audience inside the drama, dance, colour and romance that is in store for the audience. But one thing is for certain: the teaser will remind you of Varun’s Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania days. “Quick intro: Four people. Two heartbreakers. One wedding,” read Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’s logline on YouTube.
What is the plot of Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari?
As per IMDb, the film’s plot follows “two former lovers in Delhi who attempt to reignite their romance, only to stumble into a series of comic mix-ups and deceptions. Amid the chaos, an unexpected love story begins to blossom. The question remains—who will ultimately find their happy ending?”
Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor’s on-screen chemistry had earlier won appreciation in Bawaal, Nitesh Tiwari’s romantic drama that traversed both India and Europe. Marking their first pairing, Varun portrayed Ajay Dixit, a Lucknow-based school teacher, while Janhvi played Nisha, a simple yet spirited young woman in search of true love.
Directed by Shashank Khaitan, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari features Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead roles alongside Sanya Malhotra and Rohit Saraf. The supporting cast of the film includes Maniesh Paul, Akshay Oberoi, Abhinav Sharma and others.
Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari is gearing up for release on October 2, setting the stage for a big box office clash with Rishab Shetty’s Kantara: A Legend – Chapter 1.
