After 57 days of shooting, Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday have finally wrapped up their much-anticipated film, Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri. The actors marked the milestone with a celebratory cake-cutting on set, joined by the film’s crew and friends. Kartik shared a behind-the-scenes video capturing the joy, laughter, and dancing that marked the end of their journey.
“This journey has been an unforgettable, fun-filled, super-fast roller-coaster ride,” Kartik wrote in his post, thanking his team.
Kartik’s Gratitude for Team and Co-Star
In his heartfelt note, Kartik acknowledged the vision of director Sameer Vidwans, calling him the creative force behind the film. He also extended gratitude to producers Shareen Mantri and Kishor Arora for bringing the project to life. “Energies matter. Vibes matter,” Kartik emphasized, making it clear that the set thrived on positivity and collaboration.
Kartik was equally warm in his praise for Ananya Panday, his co-star in the film. Calling her a “wonderful costar,” he said, “No one else could have brought to life what you did in TMMT.” Fans have already begun buzzing about their onscreen chemistry, which promises to be one of the film’s biggest highlights.
Special Moments and Big Names
The project also marked a first for Kartik — working with veteran stars Jackie Shroff and Neena Gupta. Expressing his gratitude, he said, “I can only express my heartfelt gratitude for their blessings and learnings.”
Another key contributor is writer Karan Sharma, who created Kartik’s character “Ray.” Kartik hinted that fans might love Ray even more than his beloved character Sattu from Satyaprem Ki Katha.
Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Bhumika Bhandula, and Adar Poonawalla also visited the set. Kartik shared that their presence made the final day “all the more special.”
Wrapping up his message, Kartik promised fans, “Can’t wait for you all to laugh, smile, and fall in love. See you at the theatres!”
Directed by Sameer Vidwans, Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri reunites him with Kartik after Satyaprem Ki Katha. The film also marks the actor’s first collaboration with Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, a partnership that had once been in question after the shelving of Dostana 2. Now, the excitement is back on track, with fans eagerly waiting for Kartik and Ananya’s fresh pairing in this romantic entertainer.
