Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor has been captivating audiences for more than a decade with his acting brilliance and charming personality. Apart from being a superstar, he is often described as one of the most down-to-earth and genuine celebrities in the industry. Television actor Arjun Bijlani, who has known Ranbir since their school days, fondly spoke about their friendship and how the actor has remained humble despite his massive stardom.

In a conversation with Siddharth Kannan, Arjun Bijlani reminisced about his early years with Ranbir Kapoor at the prestigious Bombay Scottish School. Sharing memories from their childhood, Arjun revealed, “We were in the same batch at Bombay Scottish School, in the red house. We played football for the house as well as the school. He had his own group of friends, and I wasn’t part of that group, but we were friends because we were in the same batch and played football together.”

These moments on the football field, though simple, became the foundation of a connection that Arjun still cherishes today.

Candid Encounters in the Entertainment World

Arjun also recalled running into Ranbir Kapoor on professional grounds long after their school days. Their paths crossed while shooting in a studio, where they had a brief but memorable conversation. He shared, “I remember meeting him once before, when we were both shooting at a studio. We bumped into each other, spoke briefly, and then went our separate ways. Later, we met again when he came to promote something and I was hosting the shoot.”

The reunion was short yet heartwarming, proving how old bonds can resurface in unexpected ways, even in the fast-paced entertainment industry.

Ranbir Kapoor’s Heartfelt Appreciation for Arjun Bijlani

Arjun further revealed a moment that left him touched when Ranbir Kapoor appreciated his work on the popular television show Ravivaar with Star Parivaar. Remembering Ranbir’s kind gesture, Arjun said, “I’m glad he just spoke from the heart without planning anything. He’s a nice guy and I’m happy for him and his family. He’s done great for himself and I love his acting. I’m glad we were school friends in this lifetime.”

These words not only highlight Ranbir’s humility but also showcase the mutual respect between the two actors.

Ranbir Kapoor’s Upcoming Blockbuster: Love and War
