Many movie buffs suggested Mohanlal’s Hridayapoorvam could have been trimmed from the end.

Mohanlal’s Hridayapoorvam opened in the theatres today (August 28), leaving fans captivated with the Malayalam romantic drama. Directed by Sathyan Anthikad, Lalettan plays the role of Sandeep Balakrishnan, a heart transplant recipient entangled in a romantic affair with his donor’s daughter, Haritha, played by Malavika Mohanan. It was during her engagement that an unplanned stay draws him closer to the family

The movie, based on a story by Akhil Sathyan, also stars Sangita Madhavan Nair and Sangeeth Prathap in key roles. The Aashirvad Cinemas movie has so far received positive reviews, with Mohanlal’s performance etching a special place in the hearts of many.
