After two months of focused album production in the United States, all seven BTS members have officially returned to South Korea as of August 28. Fans and paparazzi captured the arrival of RM, SUGA, J-Hope, and Jungkook at Incheon International Airport early Thursday morning. The members greeted photographers warmly, bowing and thanking them while expressing excitement to be back home. The group is expected to continue the remaining stages of their new album production in South Korea ahead of their much-anticipated spring 2026 comeback.
BTS Members’ Individual Engagements Abroad
Prior to the arrival of RM, SUGA, J-Hope, and Jungkook, the other members had been spotted at various engagements. Jin attended TXT’s concert and also hosted a BIGHIT MUSIC manager’s wedding. V made headlines by throwing the ceremonial first pitch at Dodger Stadium on August 25 before returning to South Korea. Jimin was seen arriving solo with his manager carrying a Hello Kitty travel bag, amid ongoing dating speculations linking him to reality TV star and actress Song Da Eun. With all members now back, BTS is set to reunite fully and continue work on their comeback album, which fans expect will be their first post-military release.
Album Work and High Expectations
During their US stay in Los Angeles, the group reportedly collaborated with globally renowned producers including Diplo and Charlie Puth, both of whom BTS has worked with in previous projects. Dressed casually, the returning members appeared in high spirits, waving to the cameras while avoiding lengthy interactions or updates. According to reports from RNX TV and Dispatch Korea, BTS is gearing up to complete production and promotional preparations for their upcoming release, which is expected to set new records given the anticipation surrounding their post-military comeback.
Fans worldwide are eagerly awaiting their return to the stage and the release of new music, with BTS continuing to solidify their status as a global K-pop phenomenon. The combination of international collaboration, carefully planned album production, and a full-member reunion promises an exciting new chapter for the group.
