BTS is making their global presence felt once again, this time on the big screen. The K-pop superstars announced BTS Movie Weeks, a cinematic event that will treat fans across the world to four of their most beloved concert films in stunning 4K remastered format.

From September 24 through October 5, ARMY can relive some of BTS’ most iconic live moments at over 2,500 theaters across 65 countries and regions. The lineup includes 2016 Live 花樣年華 On Stage : Epilogue Remastered, BTS 2017 Live Trilogy Episode III The Wings Tour The Final Remastered, BTS 2019 World Tour ‘Love Yourself: Speak Yourself’ London Remastered, and BTS 2021 Muster Sowoozoo Remastered. Each film has been upgraded with 5.1 channel surround sound for an immersive experience worthy of the group’s legendary performances.

Screening Schedule and Special Events

The event will unfold in two parts. The 2016 and 2017 concerts will be screened during the first week, followed by the 2019 and 2021 performances in the second week. To wrap up the celebration, an all-day marathon will take place on October 5, showcasing all four films back-to-back for die-hard fans. Tickets for the screenings go on sale on August 27 at 9 a.m. ET.

Beyond the films, BTS Movie Weeks will feature special offline and online activities designed to bring ARMY closer together. Trafalgar Releasing CEO Marc Allenby emphasized the scale of the event, stating: “We are proud to bring this unique festival event to cinemas worldwide in partnership with HYBE, celebrating BTS’ legendary live performances. The response to previous BTS theatrical releases has been phenomenal, and we believe the anticipation surrounding the group’s return will create unforgettable moments for fans in cinemas across the globe.”

Reliving Iconic Eras of BTS

Each remastered film captures a pivotal moment in BTS’ journey to global domination. The 2016 concert wraps up The Most Beautiful Moment in Life series with fan-favorite tracks like “Autumn Leaves,” “Butterfly,” and “Young Forever.” The 2017 film highlights their explosive rise with performances of “Blood Sweat & Tears,” “DNA,” and “MIC Drop.” The 2019 London show documents their historic performance at Wembley Stadium, while the 2021 Muster Sowoozoo celebrates their eighth anniversary with ARMY.

With all seven members now having completed their military service, BTS is preparing for a highly anticipated comeback next year. In a July livestream, the group revealed that their next album will arrive in spring 2025. Until then, BTS Movie Weeks will keep the energy alive for fans eager to reunite with the world’s biggest boy band.
