Despite mixed critical reviews, War 2 drew audiences to theatres, largely due to its star power and YRF branding.

Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda spotted twinning at a theatre while watching War 2.
Saiyaara turned out to be a blockbuster, turning debutant Ahaan Panday and actress Aneet Padda into overnight sensations. The film grossed an impressive Rs 500 crore worldwide, cementing both actors’ rising stardom. Following the film’s success, speculation about the actors’ off-screen relationship has been rife. Recently, the duo was spotted together at a theatre on a movie date to watch Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR’s high-octane spy thriller, War 2.
Fans were quick to notice Ahaan and Aneet twinning in black t-shirts and denim jeans, keeping their outing casual yet coordinated. A video circulating on social media shows paps approaching them for photographs, but Ahaan politely requested not to click pictures as they were running late. While the duo has not publicly confirmed their alleged relationship, the outing has fuelled romance rumours among fans.
Ahaan Panday And Aneet Padda’s Journey To Stardom
Ahaan Panday made his cinematic debut with Saiyaara, playing the lead opposite Aneet Padda, who previously appeared in supporting roles in films like Mohit Suri’s Salaam Venky. Their on-screen chemistry in Saiyaara won hearts and contributed significantly to the film’s box office success, giving both actors wide recognition.
The film’s ensemble cast also included Varun Badola, Rajesh Kumar, Alam Khan, Sid Makkar, Shaan Grover, and others in pivotal roles. Saiyaara’s strong performance even allowed it to win the box office clash against Sonakshi Sinha’s Nikita Roy, further solidifying Ahaan and Aneet as rising stars to watch.
War 2 Box Office Collection
The movie date coincided with the release of War 2 on August 14, which brought Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR, and Kiara Advani together in a high-octane action thriller directed by Ayan Mukerji. Produced by Yash Raj Films, War 2 clashed with Rajinikanth’s Coolie but still opened to Rs 52.50 crore worldwide on its first day. The Hindi version led with Rs 29 crore, Telugu collected Rs 23.25 crore, and other languages contributed Rs 0.25 crore.
Despite mixed critical reviews, War 2 drew audiences to theatres, largely due to its star power and YRF branding. The film has proven to be a strong addition to the spy thriller genre, making it a hot choice for a movie date for stars like Ahaan and Aneet, who are clearly enjoying a night out away from the camera.
