Nitibha Kaul, best known for her appearance as a commoner contestant on Bigg Boss 10, is now going viral for a reason that has nothing to do with reality television. Now 32 and thriving as a lifestyle and beauty content creator, Nitibha recently embarked on what she calls one of her most demanding and transformative journeys yet  a near-bare climb to the summit of Mt Snezka in Poland, dressed only in a sports bra and shorts.

This wasn’t a publicity gimmick or a reckless challenge, it was a carefully organized expedition rooted in the principles of breathwork and cold exposure, led by the internationally known Wim Hof Method.

An Icy Trek with 400 Strangers

Nitibha joined 400 participants from around the world for the immersive Wim Hof Expedition, a program named after Wim Hof, the Dutch endurance athlete widely known as The Iceman for his unparalleled ability to withstand freezing conditions.

This wasn’t just a cold-weather endurance test, it was about tapping into deeper mental and physical strength using a structured method. As Nitibha explained, the Wim Hof Method is built on three core components: “breathing exercises, commitment, and controlled exposure to cold.”

The climb up snow-blanketed Mt Snezka in minimal clothing was a deliberate and guided practice, not an act of showmanship.

In her widely shared video, Nitibha called it “the most extreme thing I’ve ever done.” And with sub-zero temperatures, thick snow, and no protective winter gear in sight, the visuals are undeniably intense.

She proudly added that “not a single person in the group fell sick or gave up.”

Strength Through the Cold

Far from being a stunt, the expedition aimed to challenge limits and rewire the mind’s relationship with discomfort. Reflecting on the experience, Nitibha said, “The cold didn’t weaken us, it made us stronger, mentally and physically.”

Breathing Into Resilience

This journey wasn’t just about pushing physical boundaries—it aligned with a broader wellness movement embracing breathwork, cold therapy, and mental conditioning. The Wim Hof Method has earned global recognition for its claimed benefits in enhancing immunity, reducing stress, and building mental fortitude.

Nitibha captured the essence of the experience with her final words: “When we set the right intention, breathe deeply, and commit with an ‘I CAN & I WILL’ mindset, the impossible becomes possible. Even scaling a mountain, half-naked.”
