Harshvardhan Rane is busy shooting for his upcoming romantic action thriller, Silaa, co-starring Sadia Khateeb and Karan Veer Mehra. The Omung Kumar-directed film recently made headlines because of its exotic and daring choice of locations, like Vietnam’s iconic Son Doong Cave, which is also known as the largest cave in the world.
Now, amid the film’s busy shoot schedule, Harshvardhan has achieved a significant milestone as he has etched his name among the 100 Indians to complete the Son Doong Cave Expedition.

Taking to Instagram, the actor dropped a string of pictures from the world’s largest cave. In the first snapshot, he is seen shirtless and flaunting his ripped physique and six-pack abs. He wore blue trousers and an LED Safety helmet.
In the next pic, the actor shared a picture of the medal and a token of appreciation he received upon completing the adventurous journey. The last picture features the actor and Omung Kumar.
Sharing the pictures, he wrote in the caption, “Amongst 100 Indians to ever complete this expedition! All thanks to this man in the last pic.”

As soon as the Sanam Teri Kasam actor dropped the post, the comments section was swamped with congratulatory messages from fans and friends. Director Omung Kumar’s wife Vanita commented, “Congrats !!so so proud and you guys simply rock! Men of steel! The best choice for our film, your grit, determination and Omung’s vision, madness and perseverance is a deadly combination! You are creating history and magic altogether!! Just cannot wait for this EPIC to unfold! God bless!”
An Instagram user wrote, “Congratulations, Man, very well done. Proud of you.” One of them shared, “Wow congratulations.”
Silaa’s Shooting At Son Doong Cave
The decision to film in the beautiful Son Doong Cave adds to the story’s magical and surreal atmosphere. The cave environment, with its massive chambers, underground rivers, and interiors reminiscent of rainforests, is expected to play an important role in shaping the film’s mood and intensity.
The official release date of the film is yet to be announced by the makers.
