As wishes for Taapsee Pannu on her birthday on August 1 continue to flood social media, the actress did something special for her fans. Instead of a regular thank-you post, the actress shared an audio message straight from the heart, keeping it all real and graceful. The message began with a beautiful Urdu couplet which goes as, “Ye to ik rasm-e-jahan hai jo adaa hoti hai, warna sooraj ki kahan salgirah hoti hai.”
Taapsee continued the audio message to thank everyone for their heartfelt wishes on her special day. She said, “Thank you so much for all the lovely wishes. And especially thank you so much for taking out time to wish me. Because in today’s world, the most precious thing is time.” In her post, the actress also mentioned that the past year has felt quite complete for her.
Just when fans thought that the post was all about gratitude, she dropped hints for her upcoming project, saying, “For now, for this instant reaction and quick reel world, I will just say that I am trying something new on my birthday. If it is successful, I will tell you. Maybe. On the same comfortable discussion.”
Taapsee Pannu Upcoming Project
Taapsee Pannu’s hints for her upcoming project come days after a source told us that the actress is all set to explore a different genre in her upcoming project. “Taapsee Pannu is all set to explore a new space with her upcoming film.”
The insider added, “After Gandhari, Taapsee is all set to surprise the audience with something different and refreshing. She will be stepping into the comedy genre following her action-packed role in Gandhari. More details are currently kept under wraps. The makers are expected to announce the project soon.”

Currently, Taapsee Pannu is busy working on her upcoming release, Gandhari, an action-packed revenge drama that will see her in a never-before-seen avatar. From intense training sequences to adrenaline-pumping stunts, the film will see Taapsee in a fierce and dynamic role.
Apart from Taapsee, Gandhari will see Ishwak Singh playing a key role. The film will be released on Netflix towards the end of the year. Meanwhile, fans can also look forward to witnessing Taapsee’s performances in her film Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan, co-starring Pratik Gandhi, which was wrapped back in 2022.
