Bigg Boss 19 Updates: The much-awaited new season is back, and this time, the show is stepping into the world of ‘democracy’. In the newly released trailer, Salman Khan, dressed in a sharp Nehru jacket and flanked by Black Cat commandos, revealed the democracy-inspired theme of the season. So, what can the audience expect from Bigg Boss 19’s unique theme? Let’s decode.

‘Drama Crazy’ turns into ‘Democracy’

Returning as host, Salman Khan once again charmed fans with his wit and trademark style. In the trailer, he announced, “Iss baar bigg boss ke ghar me drama crazy nahi, democrazy hone vala hai, toh har chota bada faisla, gharvalon ke haath me.”

For the first time in nearly two decades of the reality show, the housemates will hold the power of decision-making, shifting authority from Bigg Boss to the contestants themselves.

The theme: ‘Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar’

The new season’s fiery theme, ‘Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar’, sets the tone for a full-blown democracy inside the Bigg Boss 19 house. From household chores to game-changing strategies, the contestants’ choices will shape the course of the show. As Salman Khan puts it, “Gharwalon, do whatever you want to do, man, but be ready for anjam and aawam, kyuki Bigg Boss me iss baar gharwalon ki Sarkar.”

Salman Khan’s take on the new Bigg Boss 19 theme

During the unveiling of the new house, Salman spoke about the fresh Bigg Boss 19 theme, admitting its unusual approach. He said, “Honestly mujhe samjh me aaya nahi, vichitra wala concept hai aur I think ye season bahut alag hoga. Karte karte mujhe bhi samjh aayega, jaise ki darshako ko samajh me aayega.”

He further explained that once the contestants enter the house, they too will gradually grasp the concept, just like the audience. However, Salman endorsed the democracy angle, stating, “Ye to honi hi chahiye.”

Where and when to watch Bigg Boss 19

Bigg Boss 19 is all set to premiere on August 24. Viewers can catch the reality drama on JioHotstar at 9 pm and on Colors TV at 10:30 pm. With its democracy-style gameplay, the show promises unexpected twists and power-packed drama, keeping both contestants and audiences on their toes.
