Ganesh Chaturthi will be celebrated on August 27 this year. The festive celebration is incomplete with offering Ukadiche Modak – Lord Ganesh’s favourite sweet. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you prepare soft, flavourful Ukadiche Modak at your home.

Ingredients Required: 1 cup grated coconut, ¾ cup jaggery, ½ teaspoon cardamom powder, 1 teaspoon ghee, 2 tablespoons dry fruits, 1 cup rice flour, 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon ghee and a pinch of salt. (Image: X)
