Britney Spears is once again in the spotlight after sharing a new video on Instagram. The pop star performed her version of Bajan Belle’s 2006 hit, Unfaithful for her followers. Wearing a polka dot crop top, white shorts and tall black boots, Britney could be heard singing and dancing amid cleaning. During the clip, she could also be seen playing with the lighting and made fun of herself by admitting that she feels she sings better when she’s off camera. Other than her little moment, the cluttered background of her home and the small puppy caught everyone’s attention.
It’s a rare video of Britney singing, as her social media is mostly filled with sensual dance and bold fashion choices. Just a week earlier, she uploaded a video wearing a golden dress, where she used emojis to cover up moments that could have turned into wardrobe mishaps. Sharing the latest video on Instagram, the singer wrote, “Messing around with lighting and cleaning my house like no tomorrow.”
Britney Spears was previously married to Sam Asghari, but the couple ended their marriage in 2024. Before that, she was married to Kevin Federline from 2004 to 2007, and together they have two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
In July, Britney left many of her followers puzzled when she revealed that she had adopted a child. Taking to Instagram, the singer wrote, “I haven’t worked out in years, so I put this little pink one piece on and PLAYED. How are you beautiful people this morning? I need coffee and I want to let you guys know I adopted a beautiful baby girl. Her name is Lennon London Spears. This is 30 seconds of my random, silly workout. I hate working out but 3 hours of my footage was all stolen. It kinda hurt my stomach to see it disappear because well I sweat my ass off and had a white jacket on Lennon today has on an adorable dress. It says I’m NEW HERE. SO PLEASE STOP TALKING TRASH AMERICA. I’ve decided to move to Italy.”
Following her confession, several reports later clarified that the Woman in Me author was only joking and had not actually adopted a baby or even a new pet. Britney has not released any new albums since 2016, when she released her ninth studio project, Glory.
