Kiara Advani’s bikini shot in War 2’s trailer broke the internet. It marked the first time that Kiara Advani gave a bikini shot in the film. Even the actress was stunned by the overwhelming response she received from fans. Soon, as the makers started releasing songs from the film, Kiara’s fans couldn’t stop gushing over her looks. In a recent chat with Pinkvilla, nutritionist Nicole Linhares Kedia revealed that Kiara wanted to be in the best shape of her life.
Nicole said, “When Kiara spoke to me for her prep, the goal was clear: to be in the best shape of her life for her first-ever bikini shot on screen… She didn’t want shortcuts. She wasn’t looking for a crash diet or a quick fix. She wanted something sustainable, holistic, and something that made her feel strong.”
“We kept her meals light but high in protein and tailored them closely to her training and shoot schedule,” the nutritionist said. “We didn’t do anything drastic or unhealthy — no extreme cutting or water depletion,” her nutritionist revealed and added, “Instead, we planned it backwards—adjusting sodium, water, and fibre intake gradually while keeping energy levels high.”
Kiara Advani was so fixated on achieving her perfect Bikini look that even when she shot in Italy, local chefs were informed about her diet plans. Nicole mentioned, “We shared allergen information, sourced local ingredients, and designed menus that aligned with her macros and the demands of the shoot.”
Nicole also shared, “We were intentional about setting a circadian rhythm, ensuring she got adequate rest… Everything—her meal timings, training windows, and even caffeine intake—was structured around this rhythm. With her demanding shoot schedule and training simultaneously, her body needed recovery, and building a strong sleep-wake routine helped us optimise everything else. She was in bed by 8 pm. Her dedication and discipline were commendable.”
Kiara’s hard work and dedication bore fruit as her bikini shot caught everyone’s attention upon War 2’s trailer release. Now, the anticipation around the film is at an all-time high. War 2 is headlined by Hrithik Roshan, who will face off against Jr NTR in the film. Kiara Advani will play a key character in the life of Hrithik’s Kabir. War 2 will be out in cinemas on August 14.
