Television actor Abhishek Kumaarr got candid about his fans and shared that their gestures encourage him immensely.

Abhishek Kumaarr has been part of one of the most popular television shows, including Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein and Kumkum Bhagya, thus making him a familiar face among audiences. In a candid interview, the actor expressed his gratitude towards his fans, sharing how their constant love and support have shaped his professional journey and motivated him to keep improving as an actor.
Abhishek got candid about his fans, saying that when an actor strives to do something meaningful, fans naturally connect, support, and become part of that journey. “They motivate us, both personally and professionally, and encourage us to keep doing our best. That has definitely been true in my life as well,” shared the actor.
Revealing his early fan experience, Abhishek said that when he did his first show on television and visited his hometown, he got a lot of love from fans, which overwhelmed him. He shared that while he went out for a regular family dinner, a lot of people came and showed admiration for him. “That moment felt incredibly special and memorable,” concluded Kumaarr.
Does Fans’ Admiration Add Pressure? Abhishek Opens Up
The Kumkum Bhagya actor states that admiration and love from fans don’t feel like pressure at all; in fact, it pushes him to do better. He added, “When fans appreciate your work, it becomes a source of encouragement rather than stress.”
Kumaarr also shared that he loves to connect with fans, whether it’s through selfies, autographs, or even just a few words. He opined that “being approachable” and having a “friendly demeanour” help in balancing interaction with fans. Talking about his online fan following and digital connections, the actor said, “Fans who cannot meet you in person often find ways to send handwritten notes, paintings, sketches, or thoughtful gifts, especially on birthdays.” For him, these gestures are extremely emotional and encouraging.
Sharing more, Kumaarr revealed how fans at Filmfare in Ahmedabad waited for diaries and pens for him. “That feeling can’t be replaced; it motivates you to do better every single day,” he added.
Abhishek’s Take On Social Media
Talking about how he stays connected with fans on social media, Abhishek said, “Maintaining a personal connection is easier nowadays, thanks to social media. I go live, conduct Q&A sessions and reply to DMs whenever I can. It’s about keeping that bond alive while balancing engagement and personal space.”
