Taapsee Pannu slammed a media portal for spreading false news.
Taapsee Pannu is known for her fierce nature. The actress doesn’t think twice before voicing her opinion on anything that doesn’t feel right to her. She often makes headlines for her statements about the media or the paparazzi. Today, the actress has slammed a media portal for sensationalising her previous statement.
Taking to her Instagram, the actress shared a reel posted by a leading media house with the headline, “India chhod videsh mein shift hui mashhoor actress Taapsee Pannu!” and slammed them for sensationalising content and spreading false information. While sharing the reel, the actress wrote, “Can there be a less false and less sensational headline!!!??? Ya phir headline galat ho ya sahi, aap toh kahenge ‘Sabse tez’ portal. Maybe slow down and do a little bit of research…???”
She further continued, revealing that she is very much in Mumbai, and wrote, “PS: Wondering WTF is this while munching my dosa in this humid but Mumbai morning.”
What Taapsee Pannu actually said
Taapsee, who has been juggling between Denmark and Mumbai since she is dating her now-husband Mathias Boe, in a chat with Hindustan Times, talked about her life there and revealed, “What is strange for Danes but normal for us Indians is that Mathias’s parents live with us. They have their own space on the ground floor — their bedroom, living room, dining, and lounge area. It’s the most Indian thing I brought into the house, and it took us a while to convince them because it’s not so common to live with grown-up kids in Danish culture. Since we keep travelling, we wanted someone to come home to, and it’s a beautiful feeling; it truly feels like home.”
