Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt bond over a game of pickleball in Mumbai. From flying kisses to casual athleisure looks, their candid moments win hearts online.

Bollywood stars Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt ditched the glitz for a day of fun and fitness in Mumbai as they played a friendly game of pickleball.
Long before the Diwali parties began lighting up Bollywood, Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt decided to keep things simple — no designer lehengas, no glitter, just sweat, sneakers, and sport. The two superstars were spotted in Mumbai sharing a laughter-filled padel session on Saturday, a rare and refreshing sight that fans are now calling the beginning of their “BFFs era.”
Deepika and Alia’s Sporty Saturday
In paparazzi videos that quickly went viral, the actresses were seen exiting a Mumbai sports complex, rackets in hand and smiles intact. Deepika, dressed in a clean white hoodie and black tights, exuded effortless charm, while Alia looked bright and comfortable in a blue athleisure co-ord. Both waved to photographers before heading to their respective cars — Deepika even threw in a flying kiss before leaving.
Another clip showed them walking side by side, caught in animated conversation — the kind of unguarded, genuine moment fans rarely get to see between two of Bollywood’s biggest stars.
Fans Can’t Get Enough of Their Candid Bond
Within hours, social media turned into a love fest for the duo. One fan commented, “Their chemistry feels so real, not staged at all!” Another wrote, “While people pit them against each other online, they’re out here just playing padel and talking about their babies — iconic behaviour.”
A user summed up the sentiment perfectly: “It’s so refreshing to see two top actresses hanging out without any pretense or competition — just women having fun.”
What’s Next for Deepika and Alia
Deepika Padukone, fresh off the success of Rohit Shetty’s action spectacle Singham Again, continues to dominate screens and hearts. The film, featuring Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, and Kareena Kapoor, grossed ₹372 crore worldwide. She’s next set to appear in Siddharth Anand’s King alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan.
Alia Bhatt, meanwhile, is stepping into the spy universe with Shiv Rawail’s Alpha — also starring Sharvari Wagh and Bobby Deol — which hits theatres on December 25, 2025. She’ll also reunite with Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War.
And while their fans may argue endlessly online, Deepika and Alia seem perfectly at peace — two women at the top of their game, who’d rather rally together than compete.
