Punjabi singer Rajvir Jawanda met with a deadly bike accident caused by stray cattle in Himachal Pradesh. Since the accident, the singer has been admitted to the hospital and is undergoing treatment at Fortis, Mohali. On Tuesday afternoon, September 30, the hospital provided an update on the actor’s health.
As per HT, the hospital released a statement providing an update on the singer’s condition. “His neurological condition remains critical, with minimal brain activity and no significant improvement despite ongoing advanced medical management,” the statement read.
As per the statement, there has been “extensive damage to the cervical and dorsal regions, resulting in profound weakness in all four limbs.” The statement also revealed that the singer needs continuous “ventilator support. The overall prognosis remains guarded,” it added.

Rajvir Jawanda sustained serious head and spinal injuries in the road accident and is currently on ventilator support, according to a statement from Fortis Hospital cited by PTI. “As per available information, he sustained severe head and spine injuries in a road accident in the morning and also suffered a cardiac arrest before being shifted to Fortis Hospital, Mohali,” the statement said.
Upon arrival, the singer was immediately assessed by the emergency and neurosurgery teams. Detailed examinations were conducted, and he was placed on advanced life support. Rajvir remains in critical condition and is under close medical monitoring.
