Valuing your friends is such a special thing, and Mouni Roy knows how to do it right. Today on Friendship Day, the actress took to her Instagram and penned a long note heaping praises on her friends, especially her girlfriends who stood by her through everything.
While sharing a picture of herself standing by the sea, staring at the full moon, Mouni Roy penned a long note. The actress shared, “As I sit in my bed, inebriated with meds & incapacitated, I only think of my friends — mostly my girlfriends and a few boys who have held me through in this journey of life & boy o boy are you guys magical. You all know who you are (and if you doubt it, you aren’t em). I have survived and am still living because of you.”
She further continued, thanked her friends, and shared she loves them a lot, writing, “So thaankkk youuu. I love you like I love my loon moon & the stars. Thank you, besties. Happy Friendships Day. It’s not this day but erry’day that I celebrate your being, your existence. THANK YOU! P.S. Felt right today, might delete it later. lol.”
In the snap, the actress could be seen wearing a stunning blue long backless gown, and the soothing moon and silent ocean gave calming and relaxing vibes.
As Mouni dropped this special Friendship Day wish, her fans dropped sweet comments. On the work front, Mouni Roy will soon be seen in Salakaar, which is reportedly based on the life of one of India’s most respected intelligence officers, Ajit Doval. Directed by Faruk Kabir, the film will premiere on JioHotstar this Independence Day, August 15. She is also a part of Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, featuring Varun Dhawan and Pooja Hegde. Additionally, she is a part of a new film titled The Wives, helmed by Madhur Bhandarkar.
The actress made waves when she appeared in the Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer Brahmastra, directed by Ayan Mukerji.
