Fans of Korean dramas have plenty to look forward to as Park Seo Joon and Won Ji An team up for the upcoming romance comedy Surely Tomorrow. Known internationally for his roles in Itaewon Class, The Marvels, and Jinny’s Kitchen, Park Seo Joon brings his signature charm to the series. Meanwhile, Won Ji An, who captured attention with Squid Game Seasons 2 and 3, HeartBeat, and D.P., joins him to portray a compelling love story spanning decades. Previously titled Waiting for Kyeongdo, Surely Tomorrow is set to premiere exclusively on Prime Video in over 240 countries, with new episodes released weekly.

Plot: Rekindling Love Across Time

Surely Tomorrow follows the story of Lee Kyeong Do (Park Seo Joon) and Seo Ji Woo (Won Ji An), whose paths intertwine at different stages of life. First connected at the age of 20, their youthful romance ends as they pursue separate dreams. Reunited in their late twenties, they attempt to navigate their feelings once again, only for circumstances to pull them apart. Years later, the couple is given a third chance as adults in their thirties, but life has changed, and so have they.

Kyeong Do now works as an entertainment journalist covering high-profile celebrity scandals, while Ji Woo has emerged from a troubled marriage. Their past relationship collides with their present responsibilities, forcing both to confront old feelings, nostalgia, and the choices that have shaped them. The drama promises a delicate balance of romance, personal growth, and emotional depth, exploring how love evolves alongside life’s challenges.

Where and How to Watch Surely Tomorrow

Directed by Lim Hyun Wook (King the Land, Reflection of You) and written by Yu Young Ah (Thirty-Nine, Divorce Attorney Shin), Surely Tomorrow combines strong storytelling with expert direction to deliver a visually engaging rom-com experience. While the exact premiere date is yet to be confirmed, viewers can anticipate streaming the series exclusively on Prime Video, with weekly episodes that allow fans to follow Kyeong Do and Ji Woo’s journey in real-time.

Surely Tomorrow also promises subtle nods to the actors’ previous works and the nuances of Korean romantic storytelling. The series highlights themes of destiny, second chances, and the bittersweet nature of rekindled love. With Park Seo Joon and Won Ji An’s proven chemistry, coupled with Lim Hyun Wook’s direction, the show is expected to attract both long-time K-drama fans and newcomers alike.
