After parting ways with Rajeev Sen, actress Sushmita Sen’s brother, and Charu Asopa relocated from Mumbai to her hometown Bikaner with their daughter Ziana Sen. She has shared that it was her conscious decision to take a break from daily soaps to focus on raising Ziana.
After embracing a new chapter in her life, Charu continues to juggle several roles. She runs her ethnic clothing label, consistently uploads vlogs on her YouTube channel, and remains committed to her fitness regime. Charu is also very active on Instagram, where she often shares glimpses of her single motherhood journey and special moments with Ziana. Now, the actress has shared some adorable pictures featuring the mother-daughter duo in festive ensembles.

With Navratri festivities in full swing, actress Charu Asopa treated fans to a glimpse of her little daughter Ziana’s festive style, and it’s nothing short of delightful.
Ziana looked adorable in a vibrant ethnic ensemble from FirstCry India, perfectly capturing the festive cheer of Navratri. She wore a cream-hued tiered lehenga skirt paired with a multi-coloured embroidered blouse featuring playful tassel detailing. Her radiant smile and neatly styled hair with floral accents made the little one look like a true festive star.
Charu complemented her daughter beautifully in a teal green kurta set adorned with intricate threadwork and mirror embellishments. With her hair tied back and statement earrings completing the look, the mother-daughter duo radiated festive joy.
Sharing the pictures on Instagram, Charu expressed the significance of Navratri, reminding followers that the festival is more than just celebrations, it’s a symbol of the triumph of good over evil.
In the caption she wrote, “Navratri is more than just a festival—it’s a beautiful reminder of the victory of good over evil. For nine nights, we come together to celebrate the courage of Goddess Durga, who defeated the mighty demon Mahishasura, symbolizing strength, hope, and positivity.”
Reflecting on her favourite things to do during Navratri, she added, “Festivals like these fill our homes and hearts with joy! I love celebrating with my family—decorating our home with lights and flowers, preparing traditional sweets, and enjoying meals that carry the true essence of togetherness.”
Charu Asopa And Rajeev Sen’s Reconciliation Rumours
Charu Asopa tied the knot with Sushmita Sen’s younger brother, Rajeev Sen, in June 2019. However, they divorced in 2023 due to compatibility issues, as the actress revealed in several social media posts and interviews. Despite their separation, they continue to co-parent their daughter, Ziana.
Recently, on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, the duo reunited at Charu’s home in Bikaner. They were joined by their daughter Ziana and Rajeev’s mother, Subhra Sen.
