Farhan Akhtar is all set to make a grand comeback to the big screen as Param Vir Chakra awardee Major Shaitan Singh Bhati in the forthcoming war drama 120 Bahadur. The film tells the story of one of the most heroic yet lesser-known chapters in Indian military history, the legendary Battle of Rezang La. Set against the harsh winter landscape of the 1962 Indo–China conflict, the film immerses viewers into a remarkable tale of 120 soldiers from the 13 Kumaon Regiment who bravely defended their post against a much larger Chinese army.
While the film serves as a heartfelt tribute to those unsung heroes who sacrificed their lives, the team of 120 Bahadur had the honour to meet the two courageous, surviving soldiers of Rezang La, Subedar Honorary Captain Ramchander Yadav and Havildar Nihal Singh (Sena Medal).
