India vs England Live Score Updates, 5th Test Day 3 (India National Cricket Team vs England National Cricket Team): Yashasvi Jaiswal capitalised on two chances to score a quick half-century and transformed India’s first-innings deficit into a 52-run lead against England by the end of the Day 2 of the 5th Test at The Oval.

It was a day dominated by the bowlers with as many as 15 wickets falling on a challenging pitch. Jaiswal was dropped twice and was unbeaten on 51 from 49 balls, guiding India’s second innings to 75/2 when bad light stopped play in London.

India’s first innings concluded in about 30 minutes in the morning session itself as the visitors were bowled out for 224. England openers Ben Duckett and Zac Crawley led a fiery start, stitching a century stand in quick time.

However, India fought back to dismiss England for 247, limiting their first-innings lead to 23. Prasidh Krishna and Mohammed Siraj shared eight wickets between them.
