Adobe is offering free Photoshop, Acrobat and even Firefly AI access but only if you are a student in India and still studying at some of the reputed institutions. Google and other tech companies have also signed up for students with their special Gemini plans for a limited period but thanks to the AI Impact Summit 2026 in Delhi this week, Adobe has also launched a special plan that caters to students and their needs for Adobe tools and software.

Adobe Free Student Offer: How It Works

Adobe announced the special offer at the AI Impact Summit 2026 this week. It confirmed that popular apps like Photoshop, Acrobat and Firefly AI can be used for free if you are a student in the country. The company is offering special plans that make these services available for free.

This is another AI-first offer in the market targeting students and will be available across 15,000 schools and 500 colleges that will be set up with Content Creator Labs to fund and also cater to these tools. The company already has a student-centric plan in the country which costs Rs 400 for the first month, and then moves to Rs 2,714 per month thereafter.

The free Adobe offer is likely to be available through these schools, and not like the Gemini AI Pro plan from Google which any student can sign up for using their education email ID and other details.

The Gemini student offer in India lets them access Gemini AI Pro subscription for free, and is claimed to bundle features worth over Rs 19,000. This was launched as a limited period deal and is available for students above 18 years old. The offer gives them 2TB of cloud storage, access to Flow, AI film making app, Gemini assistant working on Gmail and Docs among others.

The creator economy has got a big vote of support from the government and in the recent Budget 2026 details, creators were given special focus and incentives to grow the ecosystem.
