Google Pixel 10a launched in India with new colours and more AI
Google Pixel 10a is officially here in India and other regions this week. The new mid-range Pixel phone looks to settle into a crowded space where the buyers have many options but if they want a pure AI experience and Android updates rolling out faster, the Pixel 10a becomes their easy route in the segment.
The new Pixel model is using a Tensor chipset which Google has custom built to work well with AI features and tools. You also have Android 16 available out of the box with promise of more than a few upgrades from the company.

Google Pixel 10a price in India is Rs 49,999 which buys you the 128GB base model and this year you can pick the device in cobalt, copper, gold, and tungsten colour options. Google is offering Rs 3,000 cashback on select HDFC Bank cards and further exchange bonus benefits. Google will start selling the Pixel 10a from March 6, 2026 in India.

The Pixel 10a looks identical to the 9a and even at the back the flushed design without the protruding camera gives it the flat edge. The phone features a 6.3-inch OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. It is powered by the older Tensor G4 chipset with 8GB RAM once again and you get it with up to 256GB storage that is non-expandable.
The Pixel 10a is offered with Android 16 version and the segment-leading promise of 7 OS upgrades along with 7 years of security updates. You also have the Gemini AI suite of features that will benefit from the custom hardware by Google.
The back of the phone carries a dual camera system which includes a 48MP main sensor and a 13MP ultra-wide lens. Google is offering the phone with IP68 rating and using recycled materials to make it less invasive to the environment. The phone packs a 5,100mAh battery which supports 30W charging speed and 10W reverse wired speed.
