Smartphone launches this week includes popular names like Google, Infinix and a few more that are expected.
The likes of Google and Vivo have confirmed their launches this week in India and other regions, and many expect Apple to have its say in the market as well. February is usually the month which builds up for the Mobile World Congress and in a few weeks we will see bigger launches from brands which will have people excited. This round up focuses on what’s to come over the next few days and some of these waited by many.

The Pixel 10a launch is confirmed for February 18 and that is the date when the phone will go on pre-order across regions. It is likely to cost over Rs 50,000 in the market again. Some of the recent leaks say Pixel 10a could be powered by the Tensor G4 chipset and not the G5 version launched with the Pixel 10 series last year. It could be paired with 8GB RAM once again and offered with up to 256GB storage. Google should make the Pixel 10a available with Android 16 stock version out of the box and hopefully give 8 OS upgrades.

Vivo V70 series launch in India is confirmed for February 19, 2026 which is just a few days from now. The Vivo V70 and V70 Elite design looks different from its previous version. You can see a square camera module, and a flatter body featuring an AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. This looks to be a complete refresh for the brand as it looks to join the Elite company this month. The phones will also come with IP68 and IP69 ratings for better protection.

Apple is highly tipped to bring the new iPhone 17e model to the market and many suggest that could happen on February 19. iPhone 17e is likely to replace the 16e as the most affordable in the Apple lineup and the company will be hoping the new version fares better than the first model. You should also not expect premium features like ProMotion 120Hz display on the 17e, as it will continue to support the standard 60Hz refresh rate on the regular 6.1-inch OLED panel.

Infinix is also joining the fun this week and is said to be launching the new Note Edge device in the market. The phone features a 3D curved AMOLED display and is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity chipset with 8GB RAM. It also packs a 6,500mAh battery and you get it with the Android 16-based XOS version out of the box. This is likely to be a sub-Rs 25,000 segment device.
