Google Pixel 10a launch is confirmed for this month and the company could bring a device with familiar traits.
Google Pixel 10a launch is confirmed for this month and we also know when the new model will be open for pre-orders across countries, including India. There have been rumours about Google planning to bring its new a-series model a little earlier than usual and this official teaser from the company confirms those reports and also gives us more details about the Pixel 10a model, including its design and some of the expected features.

The Pixel 10a launch is confirmed for February 18 and that is the date when the phone will go on pre-order across regions. It is likely to cost over Rs 50,000 in the market again.

Pixel 10a design looks similar to the Pixel 9a version from last year. It has a flat display with a dual camera module at the back without any bump. It doesn’t look very sleek or light going by the visual dimensions which means the changes from the 9a will be fairly incremental. The display on the Pixel 10a is also expected to come with an OLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate.

Some of the recent leaks say Pixel 10a could be powered by the Tensor G4 chipset and not the G5 version launched with the Pixel 10 series last year. It could be paired with 8GB RAM once again and offered with up to 256GB storage. Google should make the Pixel 10a available with Android 16 stock version out of the box and hopefully give 8 OS upgrades.

Pixel 10a will also have dual rear cameras, as confirmed by the teaser, and leaks suggest it could be the same 48MP and 13MP duo with main and ultrawide shooting duties.

And yes, the Pixel 10a will not enter the silicon carbon battery race either. It is tipped to pack a 5,100mAh unit with support for 23W charging speed.
